C.C.T.V. Drain Surveys - Fault Finding & Diagnosis
If you are experiencing problems with your drains and would like to investigate further to eliminate repeat problems once and for all, we are able to offer you the service of a CCTV Survey which involves putting a camera through your drains to record and identify any faults.
Problems within the drain line can then quickly be identified and a DVD recording, report and a free estimate will be provided on completion to rectify and eliminate any problems found.
Our specialised camera units are able to survey drain lines ranging from 1 & 1/2 inches to 60 inches in diametre with the ability to locate problems in pipes such as cracks, sinking, roots, hidden leaks and buried manholes, etc. All surveys are carried out by trained operatives and our survey reports comply to Water Board standards.
Crawler System
Due to our continual investment, we are able to offer you the service of our state of the art pan and tilt crawler system which is operated by remote control and is designed to record the more larger drain lines which vary from 6 inch to 60 inch drain lines. Most drainage companies are unable to provide this service.
Pre-Purchase Property CCTV Surveys
We highly recommend if you are purchasing a property that a CCTV Survey is carried out on the drain lines prior to exchanging contracts to check that the drains are in a good condition and to ensure that there are no faults or defects which in turn can cause structural damage or further costs.
If any problems are found you will then be able to produce a report and a DVD recording of the drains to the seller before exchanging contracts.

Sonar Drain Tracing
Our camera units come with a sonar which works in conjunction with the camera system. The sonar allows us to accurately pin point a collapsed drain for example and precisely identify the depth and position of the collapse to enable that precise area to be excavated to replace that section of drain. The sonar will detect up to a maximum depth of 5-6 meters.
